Description 1. Strong Project Management (PM) Skills (ideal if they have upwards of 3 years of PM experience) Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (this team has 20 activeprojects + 15 remediation initiatives). Experience in coordinating remediation efforts, especially following assessments, incidents, or tabletop exercises. Skilled in stakeholder communication, planning, and execution in a fast-paced environment. 2. Cybersecurity Awareness & Collaboration Not required to be deeply technical, but must understand the importance of cybersecurity controls. Familiarity with different areas in Cyber like IAM (Identity & Access Management), Application Security, CrowdStrike, and MFA. Ability to work with engineering teams on detection and technology enhancements. Exposure to cybersecurity and digital technology operations. 3. Organization & Communication Must be highly organized to handle the volume and urgency of work. Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders. Ability to translate technical findings into actionable project plans and updates. Additional Skills & Qualifications MITRE Attack Framework is a nice to have Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
