Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program&Project Leader to establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for our Data Analytics organization. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategic direction and execution of project management practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will also assume responsibilities as the Chief Product Officer (CPO) for Data Analytics, ensuring representation and alignment with the IT organization. Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead the PMO, developing and implementing project management standards, processes, and tools. Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver value to the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and resource allocation. Act as the Chief Product Officer (CPO) for Data Analytics, driving overall DA product alignement and participating in the IT governance process. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in project and product management. Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and product teams. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $110.00/hr.
