Responsible for providing expertise and strategic oversight within Finance workstreams for the Global Product Delivery Team. Train and mentor team members effectively and work in close partnership with the EDO organization to ensure consistent data and reporting standards. Lead the implementation of Oracle Financial modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency. Recommend system changes and enhancements for continuous improvement. Drive product standardization and consistency to support business goals and objectives. Lead user sessions for requirement and testing, create test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing. Provide expert advice and training to financial users. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions. Guide technical team in the development reports, conversions, interfaces, and extensions for the Finance Product Delivery team. Requires 10% domestic and 10% international travel. Role is hybrid allowing periodic work from home within reasonable commuting distance of the Cleveland, OH office. Multiple openings available.

SALARY: $127,955.36/year

LOCATION: The Sherwin-Williams Company, 101 West Prospect Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or Information Technology field of study and five (5) years of experience as a IT Analyst, Oracle Functional Consultant or related role where required experience gained.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Also requires experience in the following:

  • Five (5) years of Accounting or Information Technology;

  • Five (5) years implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Financial Applications;

  • Financial processes and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within a complex IT environment;

  • Proven track record of process improvement and project management in a financial system environment;

  • Demonstrating strong critical thinking skills with proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues;

  • Demonstrating expertise in utilizing analytical tools like Excel, OTBI, Tableau, or Business Objects to analyze and visualize data;

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions.
