The Marketing team serves as the face of Insight by promoting and supporting the company's business strategy through a coordinated communications approach. The Marketing team develops critical connections with both our clients and vendor partners with a view to creating long-lasting relationships. The Marketing team also plays a key role in defining compelling value propositions as well as executing promotional activity in order to drive brand awareness and generate demand for Insight's solutions and services.
The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager Regional in executing the marketing strategy and regional initiatives. This role focuses on the operational side of marketing, including event management, execution of lead generation activities, and providing support for various marketing programs and campaigns if needed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, ensuring it is engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights and support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support event planning and execution, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including updating website content, optimizing SEO, and running PPC campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance metrics for review by the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Assist in lead management, ensuring leads are properly captured, qualified, and handed over to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and potentially external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including Proof of Executions for Partner Marketing Organisation, Lead Process, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.

Key Result Indicators & Measures of Success:

  • Campaign Execution:Achievement of campaign goals, including lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation:Increased engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments), positive feedback from stakeholders.
  • Market Research:Actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Data Analysis:Data-driven recommendations that improve campaign performance.
  • Event Coordination:High attendance rates, positive feedback from participants, achievement of event goals.
  • Reporting:Clear and actionable insights provided to the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Brand Consistency:Consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Lead Management:Increased lead conversion rates, positive feedback from the sales team.

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Essential:
    • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
    • Experience in event management and lead generation activities.
    • Strong networking and interpersonal skills, the ability to exercise diplomacy, and build relationships.
    • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Team, Excel, and Word).
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • High level of written and spoken English & a second language (based on the region/country supported).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable:
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
    • Marketing and Business tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Social Media Tools, Copilot.
