Catena Solutions specializes in supporting food, beverage, CPG, and retail organizations in solving business challenges with custom solutions across digital, creative & marketing, revenue growth, human capital, and supply chain business functions. We focus on meeting our clients where they are on their journey - whether that's assembling experienced teams to deliver our clients' most critical projects or staffing specialized consulting resources for knowledge gaps and thought leadership. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to specifically support account growth for our Digital, Creative & Marketing Practice. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning and executing targeted sales activity in pursuit of new business development and client retention to support short and long-term growth for Catena's Digital, Creative & Marketing Practice. This role will have a primary focus on growth within current clients and recapturing previous clients. This is a full-time remote role with expectations to work EST/CST hours with occasional travel required. This is a base plus commission role with a competitive commission structure including uncapped annual commission potential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
