Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM \| Monday - Friday (Flexible overtime & Saturdays as needed) Pay: $22 - $24 per hour (depending on experience) Requirements \| High school diploma/GED + 1 year of manufacturing experience in the produce industry + Bilingual in English and Spanish + The ability to lift 50 pounds + Steel-toe shoes/boots Bagging Machine Technician Summary This role is responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining bagging equipment while supporting production efficiency, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Program and operate bagging machines according to customer specifications for finished goods, including film, netting, and labeling requirements. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. Perform general and technical repairs, including: Basic parts replacement Equipment calibrations Minor electrical repairs Support customer transitions by: Pre-staging machines with new customer information Loading and verifying customer data in the system Managing fruit transitions (cascading depletion of old fruit with new fruit in bagging machines) Ensure finished goods meet quality standards through inspections and verification. Verify customer orders, quantities, and specifications. Collaborate with the Quality Control team to confirm product accuracy and compliance.
