Schedule & Pay

Monday - Friday (7 AM - 4 PM) | $25 - $32 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications



  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 3+ years of hands-on heavy equipment repair experience (CAT equipment experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting methods and repair procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics, service manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Skilled in using diagnostic equipment, tools, and lifting devices.
  • Familiarity with electronic cables, sensors, and control systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.



About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment. You'll play a key part in keeping our customers' equipment running safely and efficiently, while delivering outstanding service in the field.

Key Responsibilities



  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment, including diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, winches, high-pressure pumps, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, PTOs, electrical systems (12/24v), cabs, chassis, suspension, and A/C systems.
  • Perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Install, repair, and replace new or reconditioned parts as needed.
  • Operate diagnostic tools and computerized systems to support efficient repairs.
  • Maintain a well-organized and fully equipped service truck.
  • Complete accurate service reports, timecards, and parts requisitions/returns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the repair process.
