We're seeking an experienced HVAC Lead in Golden, CO, to provide expert guidance, hands-on technical support, and leadership for a skilled team of HVAC Technicians. Pay: $38 - $50 per hour (based on experience) Shift: Monday - Friday \| 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Qualifications High school diploma or GED 5+ years of HVAC experience (commercial/industrial preferred) Leadership or supervisory experience EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license & 21+ years of age Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong written and verbal communication skills What You'll Do Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of HVAC Technicians. Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC/refrigeration systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components, including boilers, chillers, steam systems, air handlers, ductwork, motors, pulleys, and condensate systems. Manage refrigerant recovery and documentation in compliance with EPA standards. Oversee HVAC controls, sequencing of operations, and system optimization. Use additional trade skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing) to resolve facility issues. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and pre-task planning. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervisors, vendors, and customers. Order and manage parts, supplies, and tools for efficient workflow. Foster strong working relationships with team members and partners.
