Warehouse Team Lead

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you'll play a key role in guiding daily operations, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth warehouse performance from start to finish. Pay Range: $20.90 - $31.35 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Lead and schedule daily warehouse activities to meet goals.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accuracy in all operations.
• Maintain equipment and supplies while monitoring performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Forklift operation experience and valid certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/D365 knowledge a plus.
