Staffmark is hiring a Sales Associate for a direct hire opportunity with our client. If you're a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and earning commission, this is your chance to join a team dedicated to excellence.

Compensation & Schedule:



  • $30,000 base + commission
  • 1st Shift | Monday - Friday



What You'll Do:



  • Generate leads through canvassing, networking, and referrals
  • Meet with clients to assess roofing needs and present services
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

Who You Are:



  • Proven sales experience (construction or roofing preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
