Staffmark is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager in Smithfield, RI, to oversee domestic and international shipping operations for a leading company.

Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday

In this role, you'll coordinate transportation for outgoing shipments, research carriers, and select vendors based on contracts, pricing, and availability. You'll also prepare shipping documentation, manage return-to-vendor (RTV) logistics, and maintain warehouse and inventory controls. As a leader, you'll guide and support a small team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all operations.

Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of logistics or supply chain management experience
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
