Hourly Pay Range:

$46.64 - $72.29 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Summary:

The IT Organizational Readiness Management and Communications Manager leads strategic change initiatives and manages comprehensive IT communication plans to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with Endeavor Health's goals. The IT Organizational Readiness and Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of IT initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive effective communication and change management processes, fostering a culture of collaboration and enthusiasm for IT projects.

In addition, the IT Organizational Readiness and Communications Manager acts as a primary liaison between Information Technology (IT) and Enterprise Communications and Transformation Management Office, Clinical/Operational leadership, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Clinical/Operational teams. To be successful in this role, the IT Organizational Readiness and Communications Manager is expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices for change management and communications.

What you will do:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of IT communications specialists and IT Organizational change management specialists. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
  • Organizational Readiness Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Evaluate the impact of Organizational changes and develop plans to mitigate risks.
  • Communications Planning: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans that effectively convey IT changes to impacted stakeholders. Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Endeavor Health's business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the IT department and key teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate buy-in and support for Organizational change initiatives.
  • Training and Support: Collaborate with IT Training and Support team members to inform the development and delivery of training programs and materials that prepare staff for upcoming changes. Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure successful adoption.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Organizational change management and communication efforts. Collect feedback and data to continuously improve OCM and communications strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing & Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters preferred.
  • Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience in an organizational change management and communications role with an IT focus in a healthcare setting or relevant related industry.
  • Health Care industry experience within an IT or operations setting.
  • Experienced in IT Service Management - with focus on Change Management, Project Management, or Customer Communications.
  • Experience working with a highly matrixed, geographically dispersed team
  • Two (two) or more years of leadership experience as defined as essential to the role.
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • Independent Management: Capable of managing 100% of Organizational Management (OCM) and Communications requests independently, seeking guidance from Senior Staff only for unusual or complex issues
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Information Processing Proficiency: Solid understanding of OCM and Communications best practices
  • Project Management Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects efficiently and effectively
  • Strong Domain Knowledge: Extensive knowledge in relevant domains and strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork
  • Leadership and Implementation: Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and implement initiatives successfully
  • Ethical Accountability: Personal integrity and a strong sense of ethical accountability
  • Expertise in Project Management: Mastery in Project Management, Organizational Change Management methodologies, and Communications applications
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Innovative Mindset: Natural curiosity and a propensity for out-of-the-box thinking and innovation.
