Description
The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner and consultant for the organization, with a primary focus on employee relations (40%), manager engagement (20%), and HR generalist functions (30%). This role supports the organization through proactive coaching, conflict resolution, policy development, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will foster a culture of trust, engagement, and continuous improvement aligned with LSS's mission. Hybrid work environment with travel to programs across the MN. This role pays between $79,000-$83,000. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations - 40%
Manager Engagement - 20%
HR Generalist Functions - 30%
