LPN - Sage Road Internal Medicine **$10,000 Commitment Bonus for Eligible Candidates** Duke Primary Care Sage Road Internal Medicine in Chapel Hill provides exceptional, personalized care for adults in a welcoming environment. With a dedicated team of 5 to 6 providers serving 50 to 90 patients daily, the clinic offers a wide range of services, including annual exams, preventive visits, chronic illness management, and acute care for colds and flu. Specializing in women's health, joint injections, and skin biopsies, the clinic is committed to delivering expert, comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. Location: 201 Sage Road Suite 300, Chapel Hill, NC 27514 Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday What you will do: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to assigned adult patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will deliver nursing services to patients and their families in accordance with the scope of practice for LPNs as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing, including health assessments, administering medications, assisting with procedures, patient education, and supporting overall patient care within the adult primary care setting.
