The Asphalt Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the asphalt production facility. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, optimizing production processes, and maintaining quality standards. Main Responsibilities
Operational Supervision: Supervise the daily operations of the asphalt plant to ensure efficient production processes. Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor plant personnel, including operators and maintenance staff. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards for asphalt production. Safety and Compliance Oversight: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all employees. Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams to oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment to ensure reliable operation. Budget and Cost Management: Assist in managing the plant budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs. Communication and Reporting: Report production metrics, safety incidents, and operational issues to the Plant Foreman or senior management. Qualifications
