If you are passionate about solving complex supply chain problems and building new capabilities, this is the role for you! In this senior leadership role, you will lead developing the supply chain strategy and its successful implementation for a high growth business. The leader should be both strategic and tactical in leading this function for the long-term growth.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) Process:

Ensure alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.

Demand Planning:

Gather and analyze data to support accurate demand forecasting. Drive customer satisfaction through improved service levels. Reduce inventory costs by aligning forecasts with actual demand. Enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.

Supply Planning:

Execute material requirements planning and production scheduling. Manage inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency. Optimize resource utilization and mitigate supply chain risks.

Develop and present key performance indicators KPIs) related to demand and supply planning. Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives, highlighting KPIs, trends and actionable recommendations.

Team & People Management:

You will work in a professional, highly motivated, and passionate team of integrated supply chain professionals serving our customers around the globe You will lead, mentor and develop a team of Sourcing, Demand Forecasting, Production Planning and Materials professionals and build strong teams that thrive in collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement.

YOU HAVE:
  • BS / BA degree in Operations, Materials, or Business Management.
  • 15+ years leading teams with experience in materials management and production planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with supply chain management implementation.
  • ASCM certification, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (<25%).
