Job Overview

The Sr Manager Supply Chain Planning FF oversees a significant portion of the network, managing MU inventory levels, aligning them with sales forecasts, and optimizing logistics. This role involves strategic thinking to plan and manage supply chain operations, making decisions to ensure product availability while maintaining low inventory levels. The Sr Manager Supply Chain Planning FF influences other departments to meet KPIs, maintains strong bottler partner relationships, leads system change management, drives automation to reduce manual work, and optimizes system capabilities. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures product is available at the right location, at the right time in order to satisfy customer demand, through developing and analyzing data, planning and coordinating inventory strategies, and through monitoring and communicating trends to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and communicate trends related to product of out of stocks. Determine appropriate solution to prevent future occurrences.
  • Attends meetings related to the Sensku status of SKUs, delegates work effectively to reduce obsolescence, and maintains proper inventory levels for all market units.
  • Work closely with vendors, bottler partners, and the NPSG (Network Planning and Supply Group) to identify bottlenecks and streamline operations efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely product flows across the supply chain. This collaboration focuses on optimizing processes andresolving issues.

Owns safety stock settings reviews, manages allocation processes for supply chain disruptions, and attends S&OE meetings.
  • Responsible for setting clear, SMART objectives for planners, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement. Support professional development through training opportunities and systems like Lyric, BlueYonder, TMS, SAP, and Tableau. Additionally, the manager fosters a culture of accountability by setting high standards and ensuring planners complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on time.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Effective communication to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Evaluate effectiveness of tasks and any opportunities for automation.
  • Lead the team and maintain communication during emergencies, while also implementing contingency planning strategies to ensure preparedness and minimize disruptions.
  • Manage workflow and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that work aligns with planner career goals, departmental functions, and that workflow tasks are properly triaged based on priority.
  • Project management expertise in inventory and capacity management, leading systems and collaborating with bottler partners on strategies and innovations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 5 to 7 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Logistics)
