This Position reports to: Service Business Process Owner Join our Business Process & Enablement Team at ABB, where we oversee the Electrification Service applications. As a team, we bridge the gap between business and IT, which means you'll have the unique opportunity to learn how applications are developed and how they support business users on a global scale. As a Junior Project Assistant, you will support Installed Base processes in Service teams. You will collaborate with Local Service teams globally and with the Business Process & Enablement team to improve the global process landscape. Your main responsibilities will be : Digitalization of historical documentation Communication with data suppliers Support in IT projects Maintaining and updating SharePoint page and training documentation Creating reports in Power BI Your background : Availability to work at least 25-30 hours in a week Student of 3rd/4th year on a technical university (IT or management preffered) Fluent English both written and spoken Very good knowledge of Excel Well organized/good organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing technological landscapes Analytical mindset and attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Query, VBA in Excel or willingness to learn *We offer* Interesting, paid internship in a company promoting innovative technologies.
