 How you'll make an impact 
  Lead business development activities focused on the FACTS market segment in the U.S.Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with strategic growth goalsCollaborate with engineering, sales, and proposal teams to craft winning solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clientsRepresent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and client meetingsAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategyResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Your background 
  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management, Bids & Proposals, or Business Development in FACTS applicationsProven success in client engagement and revenue growthStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWillingness to travel extensively-up to 40-50% domestically and internationallyCandidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States More about us
