Business Development Manager FACTS

How you'll make an impact

• Lead business development activities focused on the FACTS market segment in the U.S.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and proposal teams to craft winning solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients

• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management, Bids & Proposals, or Business Development in FACTS applications

• Proven success in client engagement and revenue growth

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Willingness to travel extensively-up to 40-50% domestically and internationally

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
