Overview
Illinois CancerCare is seeking a highly organized and patient-focused MOA/Medical Assistant Supervisor to join our team. The MOA Supervisor works independently and has primary responsibility for the supervision of medical office assistants. This position is responsible for supervising the operational and clinical competency skills of staff. The MOA Supervisor is expected to focus on employee development and growth by fostering and coaching employees, delegating work, and motivating employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. This position also oversees the office flow, ensuring an efficient, well-run operation, paying attention to room utilization, wait times, and provider productivity. Pay & Benefits
