HDR is hiring a Marketing Services Coordinator with organizational and project management skills to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This is not a social media or traditional marketing position. This is an exciting and challenging position ideally suited for an organized, self-motivated leader who works well in a team.

In this role, we'll count on you to:

  • Work with the Business Development and Marketing team, Project Managers, and others to facilitate schedules for infrastructure and consulting-related proposals and marketing materials.

  • The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating on documents with a diverse team of individuals in multiple locations.

  • Find efficiencies to populate company data systems, including maintaining forecasting details, marketing content, and client management plans.

  • The successful candidate must be proficient in database maintenance and other administrative duties as needed, including proficiency with Excel.

  • Manage multiple concurrent proposal tasks, including scheduling, facilitating milestone review meetings, directing, follow-up actions, and assisting with producing final submittals to meet deadlines.

  • Support our team to prepare award submittals and conference presentation abstracts.

  • Track industry events and schedule pre-conference strategy meetings.

  • Evaluate proposal content to match Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and evaluation criteria for proposal compliance. Track amendments and clarifications to ensure that the final proposal incorporates all required information.

  • Other miscellaneous duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a closely related field or a combination of education and relevant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is desired but not required.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.

  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical to job success.

  • Quick self-starter, team-oriented, and able to work with different personalities and professional styles; detail-oriented and strong administration skills.

  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.

  • 3 years of related experience. Experience, including A/E industry experience, preferred but not required

Required Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
