FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: Full Time This Supervisor position will provide a mix of clinical oversight and direct patient care. Specifically, our Woodcreek Integrated Mental Health Therapist (IMHT) Supervisor will: 1) Supervise 4 IMHTs 2) Provide operational oversight (e.g., productivity metrics, compliance with documentation expectations) 3) Run team meetings. 4) Triage the incoming referrals 5) Provide direct clinical care Position Summary The Supervisor of Behavioral Health provides clinical, administrative, and staff supervision for assigned program or service which meet community standards of professional behavioral health practices and evidence-based practice standards per the Washington State Health Care Authority. The Supervisor distributes work assignments; coaches to achieve program goals; monitors staff performance; provides clinical supervision and consultations and maintains a client caseload. Licensed Supervisors may use their licensure to provide licensure supervision to employees seeking license hours in their field, supervise interns, as well as oversee services provided to clients with commercial insurance plans. Requirements Master's degree in human services Designated as a Mental Health Professional under the current applicable Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Licensed in the State of Washington; Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Three years of experience in mental health Previous experience in a leadership or a supervisor role Current Washington State Driver's License: and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications Why Mary Bridge Children's? As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $93,954.00 - $135,221.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
