As a Microsoft SeniorDigital Solution Engineer (DSE) for Microsoft's Agentic Solutions, Azure AI, Data, and Apps innovations, you will be tasked with winning the technical decision of customers topurchaseand use our technology. The SeniorDSE is expected to be able to both own and win customers' technical decisions and ensure their success with our platforms, as well as find new opportunities through their contacts and engagements for sales specialists to pursue. As a SeniorDSE, you work within a virtual team of technical, commercial, partner and consulting resources to help educate AI Nativestartups, SDCs and AI Partnersat deep technical level,demonstrate, and prove our solutions, and win the technical decision, allowing the team to achieve/exceed quarterly sales targets in your accounts. Being part of this team will allow you tomaintainand develop your deep technicalskills across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based technologies. Job Location: This role is in Mountain View, CA, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Redmond, WA, Las Colinas, TX, Austin, TX, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, New York City, NY, or Boston, MA. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. ResponsibilitiesProactively own technical leadership and discussions withAI Natives Startups, SDCsand IPS' AI Partners leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry Frameworks, AI Agents, AI Models and AI tools to showcase demos, Proof of Concepts (POC), andMinimal Viable Products (MVPs) using consultative salesmethodologyand technicalskills to influence the AI Native Startups/SDCs and AI Partners vision;establishrules of engagement (e.g., role boundaries, handoff strategies) for extended teams Proactively build technical strategy: map the agreedAI Native Startups/SDCs and AI Partners vision into a strategy, resolve concerns, preventing and removing technical blockers andvalidatinga valid business case for investment and translated technology complexity into business impact Work withAI Native Startups/SDCs and AI Partners' account teams, and GTM partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation guiding the customer to choose the best Microsoft Intelligent AI,Data and Analytics platform and win the AI Design, inclusive of Microsoft AI, Application services, Databases and Infrastructure Design AI Agentic solutions with orchestration of multi-Agents standards & protocols while utilizing AI architectural patterns and Microsoft Agentic frameworks, while using consultancy skills and ourmethodologyto win aStartup/SDCtechnical decision and meettheirneeds Lead and execute application management, deployment, scalability, and orchestration of containerized solutions using technologies such as Azure Container Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Docker, and cloud-native architectures. Apply experience to ensure robust and efficient container operations across environments. Drive application integration and modernization initiatives, including re-factoring, re-architecting, and re-building legacy systems. Leverage Microsoft's AI and Agentic platforms, products, and frameworks to deliver intelligent, scalable, and future-ready solutions. Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Pilots to create momentum for Minimal Viable Products (MVPs), infusing key AI technologies whereappropriateand being technically proficient to do POC with skills. Presentation skills are required to present AI Agentic solutions and win technical decisions.Proactivelyenablescross collaboration across teams to drive AI Design Wins and support thestartup/SDCAI transformation inclusive of AI Agentic Applications and data foundation. Support the creation ofnewpipeline in collaboration with the Specialist and account team byidentifyingnew opportunities within customerengagement andhandoff to theDigital Account Executivefor pursuit. Be the trusted advisor and use proactive effort to find and understandthe Startup/SDC'spain points and work with Microsoft partners to design and offer solutions (with business case) to technical leaders by building Microsoft Intelligent Agents, Microsoft Fabric, Data and Analytics platform evangelist inclusive of new innovative Agents solutions and Data and Analytics projects, modernizing legacy Data Warehouse to the cloud, new Modern Data Warehousing deployments, real-time analytics, and end to end Data, Analytics and Agentic AI solutions. Bethe Voice of Customer (VOC) to share insights and best practices with Engineering, to remove key blockers and drive product improvements. Understanding the basic knowledge of Azuresecurityprinciples and practices,haveextensive experience in implementing and managingsecuritymeasures within Azure environments. Understanding of identity and access management in Azure and familiarity with scripting and automation tools forsecurityprocesses.
