ResponsibilitiesWork with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project manager, technical lead) to determine user requirements for a set of features. Contribute to processes for the architecture of a product/solution feature and help to create proposals for architecture by testing design hypotheses and helping to refine code plans, with technical leadership from others. Create and implement code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable. Write and learn to create code that is extensible and maintainable. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and security across services. Learn, drive and improve modern software engineering practices across design/code reviews, testing and deployment. Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration. Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve engineering processes used by the team and reduce manual efforts. Design and build AI-driven features to improve experience for customers while using Microsoft Dev Box. MS Culture & Values: Embody our Culture and Values.
