The PT Supply Chain North America Organization (PTSN) contributes to a better society by connecting across our network to supply therapeutics that give life and hope to our patients. The Logistics Management and Supply Chain Compliance organization is responsible for maintaining a resilient and agile domestic and International logistical network to move our material and medicines. We also ensure corporate wide trade compliance in accordance with the US Customs and Border Protection Agency and the Bureau of Industry and Security requirements for pharmaceutical project, research material, and other company related materials imported or exported into or out of the United States. The Opportunity The Business Process Expert (BPE) is responsible for leading operational excellence programs, initiatives and projects to transform the technology and process capabilities across the end-to-end supply chain operations network. The prime responsibility as a Business Process Expert is to plan and orchestrate the realization of continuous improvement ideas and transformation objectives that improve business performance and processes to create value for customers, employees and our environment. Moreover, the BPE works closely with the broader organization and global project teams in applying innovative technologies and methodologies to build the foundations of future digital aspirations and accelerate the execution of our strategy. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $121,600 - $225,800. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
