Fulltilt Dumpster Services LLC is a fast-growing regional provider of dumpster rolloffs, concrete washout and related services with our corporate office in beautiful Park City, UT.  Fulltilt Dumpster Services is seeking a motivated communicator who thrives on building relationships over the phone. If this is you, we invite you to inquire to join our growing team where you’ll play a critical role in keeping our sales pipeline full and our customers happy.

What You’ll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to prospective and existing customers.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and hand off large opportunities to our Sales Managers.
• Support our focus to maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, conversations, lead conversions).

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Organized, motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
• Prior inside sales or call center experience a plus—we’ll train the right candidate.
