Description The client is seeking a hands-on Site Technician to support IT operations across our warehouse and manufacturing environments. This junior-level, contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and values team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support for RF devices, Wi-Fi networks, printers, PCs, laptops, and other warehouse technologies. Maintain and troubleshoot systems critical to manufacturing and distribution operations. Support Microsoft environments including Azure Active Directory and Azure Cloud. Assist with Mac support for global users as needed. Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with a geographically distributed team. Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking (Wi-Fi, IP, DNS). Experience with Azure and Mac support is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn. Honest, communicative, and team-oriented personality. Experience Level Entry LevelThe client Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
