Who You Are: At Versar Global Solutions, we prioritize superior customer service and the reliable operation of our IT systems. We are seeking a qualified entry-level IT Service Desk Technician to support team members with issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves assisting customers both remotely and in person, guiding them through system configuration and troubleshooting with efficiency and professionalism. Ideal candidates will be strong problem-solvers with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment. What You'll Do:

Compensation Expected Hourly Rate: $19 - $22 Versar Global Solutions provides the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the Company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
