City/State Hampton, VAWork Shift First (Days)Overview: OverviewAssists Office Manager leading administrative team and coordinating work. Serves as technical resource for other team members through quality control and improvement/evaluation activities, staff development activities and daily support to Rehab Centers. Leads training and implementation of best practices. Provides new employee orientation, training, initial competency assessment. Competent in all aspects of administrative roll; provides coverage as needed. Serves as a mentor by role modeling a professional business office practice consistent with customer satisfaction, facility manager's expectations and organizational goals. Maintains compliance with organizational patient financial services policy/procedure and state, federal and voluntary certification standards and regulations. Develops, implements, and monitors compliance with business office procedures and quality control. Assists in the testing and implementation of business office automation and IT infrastructure. Assists with multiple site ambulatory business office functions including the planning/opening of new facilities. Assists with auditing, authorizations and no recourse reports. Leads central authorization/registration processes. Performs front desk customer satisfaction surveys. Supports marketing efforts for OP Rehab service line. Education
