Make banking a Fifth Third better GENERAL FUNCTION: Fifth Third's Financial Risk Management (FRM) business is comprised of three separate but coordinated asset classes: interest rates, foreign currencies and commodities. The mission of FRM is to be the premium provider of risk management solutions for middle market and mid-corporate companies. This being accomplished by building a best in class trading platform that delivers insights and solutions that our customers need and value. The Director is a leadership role in FRM that supports the Managing Director in the execution of general business functions with responsibilities in identifying sales opportunities and delivering appropriate risk management solutions. He or she will take a leadership role in structuring, executing and managing complex risk management solutions. The role will assist the Managing Director in driving and developing business partnerships through the relationship management of internal Fifth Third partners and prospective clients. This role will report directly into the Managing Director and will lead principals and associates in the responsibilities listed below. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
