Who You Are...

As National Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, supporting revenue goals, and elevating our brand authority across Limbach's core markets. This role will develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns to support both owner-direct efforts across North America. This individual is expected to bring a deep understanding of procurement methods, databases, and outreach strategies unique to mission critical and public sector markets.

Some examples of the work you might do includes:



  • Develops, executes, and optimizes a comprehensive global demand generation strategy tailored to mission critical, MUSH, and federal market segments.
  • Aligns closely with sales, marketing, and operations to support go-to-market initiatives and targeted vertical outreach.
  • Creates and nurtures high-quality marketing leads that convert to qualified sales pipeline.
  • Monitors funnel metrics and conversion rates to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Leverages and maintains key market databases (e.g., GovWin, SAM.gov, etc.) to identify opportunities and track procurement cycles.
  • Researches and leverages creative funding sources (e.g., energy performance contracts, public-private partnerships, sustainability grants) to uncover non-traditional opportunities.
  • Stays up to date on federal and public sector RFPs, funding sources (e.g., federal infrastructure spending, grants), and procurement trends.
  • Coordinates with capture management and sales teams to align marketing activities with pursuit strategies.
  • Provides monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Represents the brand at industry events, tradeshows, and webinars to build market authority.
  • Collaborates with engineering consultants and design partners to position the firm upstream in the project development lifecycle.
  • Owns and manages the demand generation budget with a focus on measurable ROI.


What You Need...



  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in construction, engineering, MEP, or building solutions.
  • Experience in marketing to the mission critical, MUSH, and/or federal sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven success using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of public procurement processes, capture planning, and construction project lifecycle.
  • Understand and track key procurement vehicles (e.g., IDIQs, MATOCs, JOCs, cooperative contracts) to identify early access opportunities.
  • Familiarity with project databases (e.g., GovWin, ConstructConnect, Dodge) and government contracting portals.
  • Knowledge of federal infrastructure funding and grants landscape.
  • Excellent data analysis skills-ability to interpret campaign performance, draw insights, and take action.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a driving record compliant with the Company's policies and MVR requirements, and consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Industry certifications in marketing, demand generation, or construction (e.g., CPSM, LEED, DBIA, etc.).

Work Environment:



  • This position operates primarily in a professional office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Work duties may regularly necessitate walk-throughs of local job sites, during which the incumbent may utilize basic tools (measuring tape, screwdriver, wrench, etc.), and be intermittently exposed to the conditions typically associated with a construction site.


Physical Demands:



  • In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, walk, hear, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • S/he may occasionally be required to climb, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, and/or perform repetitive motion.
  • This is considered a light work position, which means possible exertion of up to twenty (20) pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to ten (10) pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
