Job Description: People Enablement Assistant (Part-Time)

Summary

The People Enablement Assistant will play a key role in supporting the People Enablement team, specifically assisting with the design, coordination, and delivery of training and development programs across the organization.

Impact

This role will ensure the quality of delivered Training & Development that will impact employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination, scheduling, and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and learning programs (in-person and virtual).
  • Support the development and maintenance of learning materials, e-learning content, and training documentation.
  • Track and maintain training records, attendance, and completion rates using the Learning Management System (LMS) or other tools.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support for professional development initiatives, including communication with employees, vendors, and facilitators.
  • Research new learning trends, tools, and resources to support the continuous improvement of L&D offerings.
  • Support the onboarding process by assisting in the coordination of new hire L&D programs.
  • Partner with HR and managers to ensure employees have access to learning opportunities that align with organizational goals.
  • Bring a strong work ethic, creative thinking, critical thinking, and a desire to make an impact.


Work Experience
Skills and Competencies
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems and comfort with digital learning tools such as LinkedIn Learning..
  • Familiarity with instructional design or e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Canva).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an HR, training, or learning environment.
  • Collaboration:Works effectively with colleagues, vendors, and learners at all levels.
  • Adaptability:Thrives in a dynamic environment and adjusts to shifting priorities.
  • Initiative:Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and enhance learning experiences.
  • Service Orientation:Provides responsive and supportive service to Leaders and team members.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or during meetings.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites or company meetings, which may involve driving or flying.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Ability to move within an office environment and perform occasional light lifting (up to 10 pounds).

Compensation at Fearless

Fearless is committed to providing a competitive compensation package that will meet your current and future needs. Our philosophy is aimed at rewarding team member contributions, supporting long-term financial growth and security, and overall well-being.

We believe in paying people fairly, so we've established a compensation model aimed to ensure everyone at Fearless - regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, nationality, or willingness/ability to negotiate - is consistently paid fairly based on alignment to the needs and requirements of the role.

The salary range for this position is:

Minimum Salary: $20,244.50

Salary Midpoint: $24,800

Maximum Salary: $29,354.50

Hiring Range: $20 per hour
