The Yard Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing operations related to maintaining and organizing the company's yard or outdoor storage facility. They supervise yard workers, schedule and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure the organization and cleanliness of the facility.ResponsibilitiesSupervise yard workers and ensure they comply with safety proceduresEnsure equipment and materials are properly maintained and secureSchedule and monitor all inbound and outbound shipmentsCoordinate with logistics team to maintain smooth flow of goods in and out of the facilityMaintain accurate inventory records of all goods stored in the yardEnsure yard and facility cleanliness and organizationConduct regular safety auditsProvide training to new hires and coaching for existing employees as needed
