- Lead the development and execution of breakthrough, best-in-class advertising and land powerful brand activation plans for multiple brands within the Campbell's Snacks portfolio.
- Drive cultural relevance and measurable impact through integrated consumer engagement strategies.
- Represent the Consumer Experience team, serving as a key connector across internal teams and agency partners, showcasing measurable impact to senior leadership with persuasive, executive-ready communication.
What you will do...
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, inspiring activation briefs and strategies.
- Develop and execute integrated, insight-driven campaigns that advance brand strategy and deliver powerful creative.
- Provide strategic direction to the Integrated Agency Team, ensuring creative ideas are consistently applied across all consumer touchpoints.
- Align cross-functional teams (Media, PR, Social, Omni Shopper, Insights) and external agencies for seamless execution.
- Manage lead creative agency relationships, providing real-time feedback and maintaining healthy timelines.
- Lead tactical activation components including talent partnerships, budget pacing, production timelines, and PO management.
- Partner with Insights and Media teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize content strategy.
- Stay current on industry trends and provide actionable insights and direction on how brands should participation.
- Create compelling pre- and post-launch marketing communications for internal stakeholders.
- Lead capability-building initiatives across the organization, such as training sessions and best practice sharing.
- Support foundational brand work including brand pyramids and guardrails.
Who you will work with...
- Advertising & Design team, led by the VP, Advertising & Design.
- Chief Marketing Officer and other members of the Consumer Experience team.
- Integrated Agency Team and cross-functional internal partners (Media, PR, Social, Omni Shopper, Insights).
What you bring to the table... (Must Have)
- 5+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing or agency roles, preferably within food/CPG.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven ability to evaluate advertising strategies and creative for brand alignment.
- Experience building integrated activations across creative, digital, social, PR, and media.
- Strong project, budget, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of traditional media, digital, social, and consumer promotions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence across all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to define problems, develop solutions, and drive decisions.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities with high-quality output.
It would be nice if you have... (Nice to Have)
- Experience integrating retail into consumer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with talent partnerships and managing talent residuals.
- Experience leading internal training and capability-building initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $139,000-$199,900
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
