POSITION SUMMARY

The Snowtubing Attendant is responsible for providing a memorable snowtubing experience for each and every guest. This involves engaging both verbally and non-verbally with each guest to create lasting memories and experiences. In this role, you will work with other team members and supervisors to provide guests with a safe, fun, and unique experience at our tubing park. This is a part-time seasonal role, compensated at $20.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining all operational aspects of the Tube Park including tubing lanes and pedestrian areas
  • Work with Snowtubing Supervisor to execute operations safely and seamlessly, from opening/closing procedures to addressing guest/staff concerns, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct necessary ramp maintenance and preparation
  • Ensure all safety signs, mats, and safety cones are in place
  • Address and resolve any unsafe, unusual, abnormal situations or incidents during operations
  • Adhere to and implement all required safety policies and procedures for staff and guests
  • Maintain excellent guest and employee communication
  • Attend and participate in daily, weekly, or monthly safety meetings as directed by the Snowtubing Supervisor or Activities Operations Manager
  • Additional duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • Actively pursuing, a High School diploma, or equivalent, required


Experience:
  • Previous resort experience, preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 16+ years of age
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, resort environment
  • Team Player
