Senior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities


  • Design plans for large animal facilities and agricultural waste management projects



  • Prepare stormwater and erosion control plans



  • Develop details, specifications, and technical reports



  • Prepare regulatory submittals



  • Conduct construction documentation services



  • Provide project management and act as liaison to regulatory agencies or contractors



  • Identify and develop new clients to help grow the company



  • Review and approve plans prepared by others




Required Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field



  • Wisconsin P.E. license



  • 8+ years of engineering experience



  • Knowledge of NRCS and DNR standards and specifications



  • Familiarity with agricultural livestock systems including animal housing, waste storage, pumping stations, and piping systems



  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD
