Regional Manager Location: Position can be located at a City Light & Power (CLP) location, or remote in a state where CLP is registered City Light & Power is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee assigned istallations within the CLP organization. CLP has built a reputation as an innovative, reliable, and responsive private Utility Development Leader. We support the federal government, military institutions, municipalities, and major utilities across the US, with financing, design, engineering, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance for electrical transmission and distribution systems, as well as outdoor street, sport, and other recreational lighting. The Regional Manager will work with the locations to manage the Utility Privatization (UP)'s operational strategies, processes, and functions to ensure efficient and effective performance on all aspects of the UP Contracts with CLP. This role involves developing and implementing operational plans, managing budgets, and collaborating with other executives to achieve business goals. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements and communicates the strategic direction of the regional UP Installations.
- Leads the UP teams, providing guidance and support, on operations, projects, and systems to meet UP Operation's goals.
- Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the Organization's goals and objectives
- Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Ensures that implementation of UP Operation's decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the Organization's business plan and vision.
- Administers the UP Operations budgets by reviewing and approving cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
- Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the executive team.
- Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
- Ensures compliance with UP Contracts and all relevant regulations and standards.
- Establishes, communicates, and implements policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution across the UP Operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field require
- 7-10 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required.* Project Management experience required
- Proven track record of success in business development, strategy, and leadership
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and negotiating agreements
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Prior Military Service with Installation Management/Engineering experience is a plus
- Experience with CLP may be substituted for any of the required qualif
Supervisory Responsibility:
- Direct reporting relationship with Installation Managers.
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff at the Installations.
- Provides oversight of the daily workflow of the Installations.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policy
