This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical aptitude, a deep understanding of payment systems, and excellent customer-facing skills. You'll collaborate closely with our Payment Solutions Manager, Payment Operations Team, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful onboarding experiences that set customers up for long-term success. We're looking for someone who can balance the technical with the relational, someone who's just as comfortable walking a one-person show through setup as they are supporting CFOs of larger accounts.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of implementation steps, configurations, and customer needs to ensure a smooth transition to support and success teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and sales enablement during implementation, and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks and tools.
  • Offers Support continuous improvements to our Academy pages (Help Center) and self-service resources for payment onboarding to improve adoption.
  • Jump in to support post-onboarding questions, particularly when members need help remembering how to use certain features or complete a task.

  • Strong understanding of payment systems, including credit card processing, ACH, Fedwire, SEPA, and cross-border transactions.
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding platforms that include APIs, integrations, or third-party vendor configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, or implementation project tools is a plus.
  • Able to role model Avinode Group core values.

You'll Succeed Here If You

  • Can confidently lead implementation calls with both small businesses and large enterprise teams.
