Your Role The Platform Strategy & Operations team is focused on optimizing platforms (Salesforce & Pega) solutions and maximizing value across the enterprise. We are leveraging enterprise platforms to help accelerate our transformation program, enable innovation, and help realize our vision for a reimagined healthcare system. Our team works cross-functionally to link our key business strategies and initiatives with our platform roadmaps and day-to-day operations. We are responsible for driving critical business and vendor alignment, defining and executing the enterprise product roadmaps, and maintaining operational excellence. The Senior Manager, Product Management will report to the Platform Strategy & Operations Team- Director. In this role you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that BSC's Salesforce and/or Pega platform solutions are running efficiently and delivering benefits to our business stakeholders. This role is instrumental in helping guide our enterprise platform strategy, building a high-performing team of product managers and delivering multiple strategic initiatives to achieve our business goals. The Senior Manager will work using an agile mindset in a fast-paced, work environment.
