Job Summary

This position is responsible for the strategic oversight of the company's brand image, ensuring it is effectively positioned and resonates with target audiences. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, leading marketing initiatives, and ensuring all communications align with the company's mission, values, and market standing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management and marketing, with a focus on environments related to real estate development or homebuilding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies.
• Manage brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
• Lead communication and public relations efforts.
• Oversee all marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Direct content creation and management across various platforms.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure brand alignment.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform strategy.
• Drive initiatives to build brand loyalty and enhance customer experience.
• Oversee budget management for all marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on brand performance and key metrics.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in brand management, with a preference for a background in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, market analysis, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
• Professional marketing designations (such as PCM or MIRM) are a plus.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
