Daily Tasks: This role involves performing pre-operation machine inspections, loading screws and hinges, and operating bifold door machines to align and apply hardware accurately. Responsibilities include sorting and moving door stacks, restocking materials, troubleshooting rejects, and conducting repairs with putty, paint, and sanding as needed. The position requires reading and interpreting tickets and schedules, performing precise measurements to 1/32", and carrying out visual quality checks. Working with minimal supervision, the individual ensures doors meet customer specifications and quality standards while maintaining steady production flow. Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience, strong math skills, ability to use a tape measure and caliper, and lift up to 80lbs. Employee Benefits:
