The Marketing Manager, AI Content Experience Engineer is responsible for developing and executing AI-powered content strategies that create immersive, personalized experiences across all College Marketing experiential touchpoints while serving as the bridge between content creation, technology, content analytics, and experiential strategy. This role focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance live events, digital experiences, and interactive brand moments through systematic content engineering that structures, optimizes, and integrates content across various digital platforms. You'll work closely with the Associate Director of Experiential Marketing, Content Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Strategy, and Brand Experience to build scalable content systems and workflow automation that transforms data and insights into review-ready content marketing assets. This position requires deep understanding of AI content tools, prompt engineering, technical content infrastructure, and experiential storytelling, as you'll be responsible for everything from crafting AI prompts for experiential content to building content automation workflows and analyzing complex data sets for actionable insights. This role directly impacts experiential content quality, technical content performance, and organizational content capabilities while building the foundation for sustainable, AI-enhanced content operations that create lasting brand memories through systematic content engineering. Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 Exemption Status: Exempt Physical Requirements: The position is eligible for remote employment, excluding the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming. Benefits Regular full-time and qualifying part-time employees and their dependents are eligible for Macmillan benefits, effective on the employee's date of hire.
