The Marketing Campaign Strategy Manager, New Business Acquisition is responsible for creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into customers across our College product portfolio. This role focuses specifically on the top and middle of the marketing funnel, developing campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and nurture prospects through their decision-making journey. You'll work closely with the Executive Manager, Campaign Strategy Team Lead, Field Marketing Managers, Experiential Marketing, and Program Management partners to ensure your prospect-focused campaigns align with our broader marketing strategy while maintaining deep expertise in acquisition tactics and channels. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills, as you'll be responsible for everything from campaign concept development to performance analysis.

You'll leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign personalization and workflow efficiency while ensuring every touchpoint feels authentic and speaks directly to your target prospects' needs and challenges. The Marketing Campaign Strategy Manager, New Business Acquisition plays a critical role in driving our company's growth by creating compelling reasons for prospects to choose our solutions over competitors. This role directly impacts our pipeline generation and revenue growth while building the foundation for long-term customer relationships that begin with exceptional first impressions. This role manages other employees.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prospect Campaign Development & Execution



  • Design and execute comprehensive, multi-channel acquisition campaigns targeting specific prospect segments.
  • Develop messaging and engagement strategies that resonate with prospects at different stages of the customer journey.
  • Create campaign assets including landing pages, email sequences, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across website, digital advertising, content marketing, including both inbound and outbound efforts.
  • A/B test campaign elements to optimize conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables from launch through completion and evaluation.


Lead Generation & Qualification Strategy



  • Develop lead qualification criteria in partnership with Field Marketing and sales.
  • Create and optimize lead nurturing sequences that move prospects through the key customer journey conversions.
  • Coordinate with Demand Generation and Experiential Marketing gated content offers and lead magnets that attract high-quality prospects.
  • Implement progressive profiling strategies to gather prospect intelligence over time.
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing and Sales Development teams to ensure smooth lead handoff processes.


Website Experience & Conversion Optimization



  • Ensure that key web pages and campaign landing pages, product pages, and conversion paths align with specific prospect campaigns.
  • Implement dynamic website personalization based on prospect source, campaign, and behavioral data.
  • Manage website A/B testing for campaign-specific pages, forms, and conversion elements.
  • Ensure website messaging and positioning consistency across all prospect-facing campaign touchpoints.
  • Create and maintain campaign-specific microsites or dedicated sections for major initiatives.


Performance Analysis & Reporting



  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Regularly share out with Program Management and Field Marketing prospect campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Daily review of campaign performance dashboards and key metric tracking and modify campaign tactics to optimize KPIs.
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitive landscape.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management



  • Partner with Field Marketing and Product Marketing teams to understand prospect needs and refine targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand Experience and Experiential Marketing to develop compelling campaign assets.
  • Work with Product Marketing to ensure accurate product positioning, messaging, and segmentation in campaigns.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams on paid media and Communications team on organic channel strategies.
  • Support broader team initiatives and contribute to strategic planning sessions.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • 1-3 years experience with Multi-channel marketing campaign execution.
  • 2-4 years of Project management experience.
  • Experience with Creative campaign direction.
  • Strong desire for Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience running effective pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns.
  • Experience integrating AI-driven personalization, predictive lead scoring, or machine learning-based audience segmentation into campaign workflows.
  • Proven ability to take strategic risks with unconventional or first-in-market campaign approaches that led to high-impact lead generation or engagement outcomes.
  • Collaborative presence and approach.


Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000/year.

Exemption Status: Exempt

Physical Requirements:

Requires periods of close concentration; must be able to multi-task; must be able to travel occasionally; work overtime - more than 40 hours a week - regularly, as needed.

The position is eligible for remote employment, excluding the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming.
