Description The Security Engineering Program (SEP) under Homeland and Force Protectionat Leidos currently has an opening within the Professional Services Support (PSS) Program for a Site Security Specialist with a TS/SCI clearance. The Site Security Specialist will directly support the customer and be committed to protecting classified information, assets, and secure spaces. The candidate will serve as a security team member and will directly interface and collaborate with key leaders and customers. Specifically, the candidate will safeguard all assets and information and process/manage SCIF access control requirements and visit requests. This position will provide site escort to uncleared vendors, offer security training, and oversee the implementation of security policies and procedures within the facility.Areas of emphasis are physical security, information security, OPSEC, and verification of clearances/accesses.The Site Security Specialist will be required to interact with and provide security support to senior DoD officials. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The position is at a customer site in the Sacramento, CA, metro area. Basic Qualifications
