Finance Director City of South Pasadena Qualifications for this position are: Bachelor’s degree or higher with major course work in accounting and finance. Minimum of five (5) years of professional municipal financial management experience with demonstrated supervisory and administrative responsibility. Financial management in a government agency is strongly preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required; Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) preferred.
