Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Baltimore, MD. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Assists with Administrative functions to support the Project Manager Community.
  • Tasks include assistance with Booking Change Orders, initiating subcontract procurement, billing, scheduling handover meetings, new vendor onboarding, project data validations, and project closure.
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment as well as alone.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $26.96/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week 1st Shift).

Length: Temp (11 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Administrative support in the Construction Industry.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with reading customer contracts, progress billings, and basic financial concepts relating to project finance.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics platform, SAP, and basic Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
