Position Overview

The AutoCAD Support plays a vital role in supporting the Corporate Real Estate team. This remote role requires strong proficiency in AutoCAD and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates the needs of senior leadership, and takes initiative to drive efficiency and improve operations.

This position is based in Remote and reports directly to the Senior Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform drafting duties for building space layouts to support our space management software, FM system
    • Polyline per BOMA standards
    • Tag space type ID per OSCRE code standards
    • Tag Room ID numbers
    • 15% of time will be completing Test Fits for moves and small projects - should have knowledge of Architectural requirements
  • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, project managers, and engineers to gather requirements and ensure accurate drawings
    • Create designs, plans, and elevations of various architectural features, such as walls, rooms, windows, doors, etc. with guidance from PMs
    • Create designs, plans, and elevations of various MEP features, such as duct work, utilities, panel descriptions, etc. with guidance from building engineering team/system owners
  • Meet project deadlines and contribute to the success of renovation projects

Qualification & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles and practices
  • Knowledge of CAFM-IWMS Software platforms a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet project deadlines
  • Team collaboration experience a plus
  • Physical dexterity for keyboarding accuracy and attention to detail
