POSITION SUMMARYIGEN is seeking a Solutions Engineer (SE) with a SaaS background. The Solutions Engineer is a client-focused technical professional helping clients connect significant business outcomes to the ComplyIQ platform and services. The Solution Engineer will partner with our sales and subject matter experts in a pre-sales technical function, showcasing the ComplyIQ platform, preparing client presentations, and performing technical demonstrations.

Including the above, the Solution Engineer will perform the following functions:
* Technology solution consultant to the client and the IGEN sales team
* Cross-functionally leverage the IGEN technology and subject matter expert team members as necessary to effectively showcase capabilities
* Collaborate closely with the sales team on account planning activities
* Be a key revenue driver by setting a brand preference to IGEN
* Liaise between IGEN's prospects and clients and the product and technology teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do:

  • The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a client-centered technical professional who helps clients understand how our platform delivers meaningful business results to clients.
  • The SE will partner with sales and subject matter team members in a pre-sales showcasing the ComplyIQ platform, preparing client centered presentations, and performing demonstrations.
  • The SE will partner, consult, influence, and design solutions to allow the client to meet their desired outcomes
  • Technology solution consultant to the client and the IGEN sales team
  • Liaise between the sales, product and marketing teams
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on prospect opportunities
  • Educate the client on ComplyIQ differentiation, creating demand
  • Align IGEN's product and services capabilities to client's business drivers
  • Coordinate RFI & RFP responses across all functions
  • Attend trade shows as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 5+ years of excise tax or compliance related experience
  • 2+ years of pre-sales or software consulting or related experience.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, simplifying complex problems, and balancing short-term needs with long-termobjectives.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality products that enhance client experiences

Preferred:

  • A technical consulting background
  • Software development or consulting experience

Location: Preferred location is Appleton, WI. Alternative locations may be considered based on candidate experience and alignment with business needs.
