Join First National Bank of Omaha's strategic initiative to capture and integrate frontline employee insights into our product development process. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage direct customer interactions to identify hidden pain points and drive innovation opportunities.

Project Description

The Employee Experience Integration Project aims to establish structured methods for gathering valuable feedback from frontline employees, synthesizing findings into actionable insights, and creating sustainable channels for ongoing employee-driven innovation.

About This Role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing research methodologies to gather employee feedback

  • Coordinate and participate in targeted research activities with frontline staff

  • Document and organize collected insights and recommendations

  • Support the analysis and synthesis of research findings

  • Help create frameworks for sustainable employee-driven innovation channels

  • Contribute to presentations and documentation of project outcomes

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in undergraduate or graduate program in business, design, psychology, or related field

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic understanding of research methods and data analysis

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Interest in financial services and customer experience

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
