Biologics by McKesson is searching for aSenior Associate Workforce Management Analystthat can support our Business Process Team, improving, and administering our Workforce Management tools, models, and reporting. The ideal candidate will need to be able to maintain and support our workforce tools and workflow modeling processes, as well as be able to analyze, review, and forecast data for operational and business planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast staffing needs based on historical trends, business cycles, and projected demand

  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align workforce plans with budgetary constraints and strategic goals

  • Analyze schedule performance, forecast accuracy, and underlying assumptions to continuously refine forecasting methodologies

  • Design and implement scheduling frameworks that ensure optimal coverage while balancing employee preferences and service level targets

  • Monitor real-time staffing adherence and adjust schedules dynamically to meet operational needs

  • Partner with Workforce Management leads to integrate scheduling tools and analytics into daily operations

  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance performance

  • Conduct root cause analysis and process mapping to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions

  • Provide consultative support to senior leaders on strategic project identification and execution

  • Define and track KPIs related to staffing efficiency, schedule adherence, and service delivery

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to inform leadership decisions and support continuous improvement efforts

  • Leverage data visualization tools to communicate insights and trends effectively

  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to implement workforce planning and scheduling systems (e.g., Five9, Salesforce, Adaptive Planning)

  • Ensure systems support redesigned workflows and enable data-driven decision-making

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills

  • Degree or at least 2+ years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or other quantitative fields, ideally in health care and/or contact center environments

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with Workforce Management software (Verint or similar platform such as NICE, Avaya or SSIS)

Additional Skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to present overviews and recommendations from complex data sets to business stakeholders

  • Proven record of customer-centered accomplishments, particularly working with an operations team or equivalent KPI-centered organization

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$66,400 - $110,600
